Where are your slippers made?

Every pair is handmade in our workshop in Elda, Alicante — one of Spain's historic shoemaking towns.

What fabrics do you use?

Only the finest materials, sourced from the United States, England, Spain, Italy, France and Belgium — kilims, velvets, linens and ikats chosen for their remarkable designs and colors.

What sizes do you offer?

US women's sizes 5 to 11, including half sizes. Men can use our Size Guide to find their equivalent.

How do they fit?

Very comfortable, with a generous width. The length runs about 1/2 size short, so we recommend ordering 1/2 size larger than usual — for example, if you normally wear a US 7.5 M, choose an 8 M. If you're unsure, exchanges are free.

Is shipping really free?

Yes — every order to the US ships free with UPS from Spain, with tracking.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes. Depending on the destination, an additional shipping surcharge may apply. If so, we will email you with the amount before your order ships, and you can accept it or cancel for a full refund.

Will I pay import duties?

US import duties may apply. They are collected by UPS on delivery. See Shipping & Returns for details.

How long does delivery take?

UPS usually delivers within 24–48 hours of shipping. Some designs are made to order exclusively for you: these are crafted the week you order and ship the following week.

Can I exchange my pair?

Absolutely. Whether you need a different size, prefer another design or the fabric pattern isn't what you expected, we'll send you a prepaid return label to our Miami office and ship your new pair free.

A design I love is sold out. Will it come back?

Many of our fabrics are produced in limited quantities, so some designs are made in small runs. Sign up to our emails to be the first to know when a design returns or a new one launches.

Do you make styles for men?

Our slippers are cut on women's lasts, but many men wear them. Check the men's column in our Size Guide.
